About the Role
  • As an IT Help Desk Engineer, you’ll provide both remote and on-site support to our managed services clients. You’ll work across a wide range of technologies—servers, networks, cloud services, and more—while collaborating with senior engineers and account managers to resolve escalations, perform maintenance, and deliver improvement projects.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide IT support for client applications, operating systems, and Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams/Phone, Azure).
  • Support backup and disaster recovery, including restore operations.
  • Manage network-level support: WAN/LAN, firewalls, routers, VPNs, Windows 365, Azure WVD, remote access solutions.
  • Monitor and respond to help desk alerts/tickets, ensuring issues are documented and resolved quickly.
  • Keep clients informed about incidents, changes, and service updates.
  • Contribute to team success by escalating when needed, entering time/expenses promptly, and following process best practices.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of help desk, service desk, desktop support, network admin, or related IT experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, networks, and business applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and match solutions to client needs.
  • IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Azure, etc.) preferred but not required.
  • AA/AS in computer science or related field preferred but not required.
